Directions
- Heat in microwave at medium heat (600-850°C) for 1 minute (please be careful not to overheat!)
- Test heat on palm before using on body parts, such as neck, shoulder, back, or areas with muscle pain
Caution: do not use in areas that are swollen. Should not use on face and eyes
Use as many times as needed. For hygiene and cleanliness, store compress in zip lock bag and keep at room temperature.
